how can we submit a pdf file?

    Start submitting the project, at the end you will have an option to upload a pdf/zip/docx. Attach your PDF there.

    It can only submit videos or any upload links. I can't find that it can upload pdf

    also the video link demo is required to submit?

    If you cannot upload your PDF Directly, upload it to any hosting directory/cloud like Google Drive, Microsoft Onedrive, etc and make it public and share it in the Links section
